James and Paul to Blue Belt!!

After lots of hard work and dedication , Paul and James both recently passed the test and showed that they have the skills and knowledge that go with the new blue belts they are wearing - make sure to congratulate them on thier accomplishment!!

COPA NOVA 2008

Favio won his gi division, Corey own his gi AND no gi divisions, Vikki won her gi division and got second in her no gi, Kam took third, and Lefty came in second in his gi division. CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYBODY!!! Everybody who competed placed with multiple matches!! Check out the pictures here.

BATTLE FC

Clive Mitchell won his MMA debut by KNOCKOUT halfway through the second round! Danny Cox proved to be a very tough and personable opponent but Clive's training and heart came through with shining colors at the Battle FC in Fredericksburg, Saturday Feb 23, 2008. CONGRATULATIONS CLIVE!!

SCHEDULE

Our updated schedule has been changed to allow the people taking the 5pm BJJ class more open mat time for drilling, sparring, and no-gi work. It also will allow those who cannot make it to class until 7pm to have a full selection of Thai Boxing and BJJ classes available to them. The Saturday classes will be broken down according to program, instead of being just open mat and competition team training.
