Our Facilities
We are the only martial arts and functional fitness training facility of its kind in the area. Our Manassas headquarters features 7000 square feet of space, with dedicated CrossFit facilities, MMA cage training area, striking area, grappling area, and Olympic weight training areas. We also feature private showers, changing areas, air conditioning, throwing dummies, crash pads, free-weights, kettle-bells, Olympic and bumper plate weight training, over a dozen heavy-bags, Thai bags, tear drop bags, Thai pads, focus mitts and all related striking gear. Our fully stocked pro shop carries all of the gear you will need for safe, effective, and fun training; all at a price that beats out the competition and gets you the best gear for the money.
Our Culpeper and Warrenton heated and air conditioned facilities are each 2000 square feet with state of the art grappling mats, striking equipment, MMA gear and changing rooms as well.
