Our CrossFit Classes combine multiple elements and proven training methodologies to maximize your fitness potential. A challenging twenty to thirty minute workout is used to get you in shape. Our fighters use this class as part of their training regimen to get in shape for their competitions. You don't have to be a fighter to benifit from our combination of:
Ployometrics, body weight exersises, gymnastics, speed, agility, quickness drills, olympic lifts, and high intensity training.
