Kelly Tynes is a nationally certified recreational therapist, massage therapist and yoga instructor. Kelly’s teaching is inspired by the Anusara style. Her teaching style is unique in that she incorporates all knowledge of her past therapies to aid the students in their personal growth. She shares with her students a benefit of learning how to live in the present moment; it truly is a gift.
