Our CrossFit Classes combine multiple elements and proven training methodologies to maximize your fitness potential. A challenging twenty to thirty minute workout is used to get you in shape. Our fighters use this class as part of their training regimen to get in shape for their competitions. You don’t have to be a fighter to benifit from our combination of ployometrics, body weight exersises, gymnastics, speed, agility, quickness drills, olympic lifts, and high intensity training.
We offer a very individualized program scaled to each person’s performance needs and existing capabilities. We work with everybody to include housewives, first responders, military, professional athletes, older folks, younger folks, and build your workouts to start with what you are capable of and take you to where you need to be.
Our Introductory Program consists of six private classes to familiarize you with the safe execution of our basic Olympic, plyometric, bodyweight, and mono-structural movements. This also provides a baseline for your beginner program. Its only $99 for all six sessions.
The intro and beginner program times are:
11am -12pm Seven Days a Week
4pm – 5pm Monday thru Friday
8pm – 9pm Monday thru Thursday

We have advanced times available at12pm, 5pm, and 7pm Mon-Fri and group classes for intermediate students at 5pm.
CrossFit training programs costs are $179/month if you are training month-to-month and $139/month with a year agreement. We also offer Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts classes at the same location with great prices for unlimited packages.
